Ford Williams has been with Live Oak Bank since it was founded in 2008 and is currently the director of Automotive Care Lending. Since 2015, he has served as a senior loan officer with over $250 million in loan production. Prior to this, Ford was a team leader in the bank's Business Advisory Group. In this role, he serviced a $100 million SBA loan portfolio and provided support and business performance feedback to Live Oak's loan customers. In addition to Ford's lending knowledge, he has personal experience as a partner in four quick oil change franchise locations. His hands-on experience enriches his understanding of auto care business owners' unique needs. Ford has an undeniable passion for coaching entrepreneurs and business owners through their financing options and enjoys developing relationships with industry partners to deepen his expertise.

Mark Cyrus

Mark joined Live Oak Bank in 2018 as an expert in SBA financing solutions for automotive care businesses. Before Live Oak, Mark worked at one of the nation’s largest banks, where he was the second-largest SBA lender by loan volume. He also spent eight years as a senior commercial loan officer, where he was recognized as a top producing loan officer for six years. Mark is skilled in analyzing the needs of small business owners and is well versed with the components of SBA’s 7(a) and 504 lending products.

Brian Babcock

As a loan officer, Brian supports both independent and franchise auto shop owners with long-term financing for acquisitions, expansions, equipment purchases and general business improvements. Since joining Live Oak, Brian has held multiple roles, starting as a portfolio manager for the business analyst group. Brian then transitioned into a credit underwriter role, where he has supported the business development of a variety of loan products, including SBA’s 7(a) and 504 programs. Brian is a graduate of Elon University.

Kendall Fowler

Kendall Fowler joined Live Oak Bank in 2017 and began his career closing for the Funeral Home and Automotive Care Teams. Kendall then moved to underwriting and supported various teams across the bank, focusing on SBA 7(a) and conventional loans. He joined the Automotive Care Team as a loan analyst in November of 2021 and became a loan officer in early 2022. Kendall is a Wilmington native and attended UNCW for his undergraduate degree. After undergrad, he received his graduate degree from The George Washington University. Kendall has a passion for the automotive industry and likes to work on his cars in his free time.

Morgan began her career at Live Oak Bank in 2021 as an Underwriter for the Automotive Care, Education Services and Franchise Restaurant teams, where she focused on SBA 7(a) lending. She later transitioned to a Underwriting Team Manager, overseeing a team of six underwriters specializing in SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. Through her experience working closely with small business owners, Morgan discovered a strong passion for the automotive industry. In early 2025, she joined the Automotive Care team as a Loan Officer, where she now partners directly with entrepreneurs to help them navigate their financing options and achieve long-term growth. Her foundation in credit and leadership allows her to guide clients through the lending process with insight and efficiency. Morgan is a native of Danville, Virginia and a graduate of Virginia Tech.
