Jordan Cordero is a Senior Loan Officer on the service contractors lending team, dedicated to contractors in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical Industries. He focuses on providing business loans to these industries for acquisitions, succession plans and commercial mortgages to help with new owners looking to acquire a business and existing owners looking to expand their business. Prior to his role as senior loan officer, Jordan was an Underwriter at Live Oak and underwrote over $230,000,000 in SBA loans with over $75,000,000 being for service contractors looking to acquire a business or expand their current operation. Jordan has been with the bank since 2016 and has been a part of the service contractors team since inception. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UNC Wilmington.

Dillon Caraway is a Senior Loan Officer on the service contractor lending team. He joined the team in 2020 and helps contractors in the HVAC and plumbing industry across the country create tailored loan packages to meet their business needs. Before this role, Dillon was a Business Analyst on Live Oak's agricultural lending team, managing a portfolio of 150 agriculture loans and as a Customer Success Manager serving deposit customers and maintaining consumer and business accounts. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from UNC Wilmington. He enjoys playing golf and going to the beach in his free time.

Manny Cordero joined Live Oak Bank in January 2024, as a Financial Analyst before transitioning into a Business Analyst role, and now serves as an Associate Loan Officer. Manny graduated from Coastal Carolina University in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He's passionate about honoring the entrepreneurial spirit of America's small business owners, helping others, and making genuine connections. Manny currently lives in Wilmington, NC, but is familiar with moving around, having grown up in an Air Force family. Outside of Live Oak, he enjoys being active and being outdoors.
